Job Description

The purpose of this role is to provide quality insights to the business from the analysis of various motor salvage reports, as well as interpret and analyse findings for various business areas in order to assist with decision making, Manage the intermediary relationship to meet growth and profitability targets across multiple products and solutions. Support the delivery and execution of an excellent individual and / or corporate client experience. This feedback assists in driving money spent on claims. The role is also responsible for conducting research and analysis of salvage contractors, competitors, in the insurance industry.

You Would

Facilitate and maintain an effective TCF(Treating Customer Fairly)  approach to the management of client expectations  Make recommendations to improve client service and fair treatment of clients within area of responsibility.Manage effective customer service and relations to drive service excellenceProvide guidance and support to staff for the following: handling of complaints; investigation techniques, motor salvage related mattersActively share information with staff members regarding successes, issues, trends and ideas.Monitor the quality, service standards and operational processes related to motor salvageProviding feedback/reports to the relevant business areasMonitor and track motor salvage trends, highlight risk factors etc. to enable proactive solutions .Manage contractor performance, monitoring trends, response times, outcomes and actions arising from complaints to enable proactive responses from businessManage effective cost control in the core processes and ensure adherence to financial and corporate policies and proceduresSelect and apply the optimal strategy and business plan to enable the broker / intermediary to drive growth and profitability on an annual basis.Manage supplier relationshipsComply with governance controls to reduce risks.

Minimum Job Requirements

Grade 123 - 5 years Motor Claims Experience1 - 2 years Motor Salvage ExperienceKnowledge and understanding of OMI systems and processesKnowledge and understanding of insurance policy wordings will be advantageous

TA Interview: This will be a discussion with a member of the TA Team to give you an understanding of our business, our culture & values and more context on the role. It will also allow up the opportunity to get to know you a little better, and ensure OMI can meet your needsPanel Interview: This will be with 2 members of the senior leadership of the data team and 1 member of the HC leadership teamTechnical & Psychometric Assessments: These will depend on the role and will sometimes happen concurrently with MIE & Internal VerificationFinal Feedback
