Job overview and responsibilities
Assist Finance Supervisor, Finance and Controls to perform day to day accounting and administration functions to ensure proper internal controls, compliance to local government/ company policies & requirements, implementing efficient finance and accounting procedures for the countryIn addition, this role is required to provide accurate status reports to organization managementFor GSA country, this role is to ensure GSA performs tasks according to the contract/terms and complies to United accounting and control policies.Operate office machines, such as photocopiers and scanners and personal computersOpen, sort, and route incoming mail, answer correspondence, and prepare outgoing mailMaintain and update filing, inventory, mailing, and database systems, either manually or using a computerCheck figures, postings, and documents for correct entry, mathematical accuracy, and proper codesCode documents according to company proceduresComply with local law, and company policies, procedures, and regulationsCommunicate with customers, employees, and other individuals to answer questions, disseminate, or explain information, take orders, and address complaintsThis position is offered on local terms and conditions. Expatriate assignments and sponsorship for employment visas, even on a time-limited visa status, will not be awarded.
QualificationsRequired
