Coordinator - Cash Services Business Development

We are currently recruiting for a Coordinator-Cash Services Business Development to join our Cash Services team in Dubai Airport Freezone Area (Dafza).

 

Scope: The purpose of this role is to facilitate smooth operations by enhancing communication, managing workflows, and ensuring the team remains organized. This involves handling administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, organizing meetings, and preparing daily reports to maintain efficiency across operations.

 

Financial

 

Ensuring the timely deployment of services such as Cash-in-Transit (CIT) and Static Cash Deposit Machine (SCDM), vital for generating revenue Producing a Services Deployment Report for management, highlighting achievements towards assigned targets Maintaining a chargeable SCDM movement file, shared monthly with the TG Billing team

 

Customer

 

Regular follow-ups and updates on ongoing activities with banks/customers. Coordinating with the CIT Operations team for the commencement of service. Proactively communicating with banks and direct customers via email and phone for all necessary information regarding SCDM deployment and CIT service start. Obtaining approval from the Senior Manager for any SCDM movement. Regularly responding to feedback and inquiries from Bank Officers and direct customers. Resolving any customer issues to ensure 100% satisfaction and maintain positive relationships with banks and direct customers

 

Process

 

Regular maintenance and sharing of SCDM movement reports for billing purposes Uploading activities in the ServiceNow app and monitoring them Regular follow-ups and updates on ongoing activities with banks/customers

 

Innovation

 

Analyzing and monitoring SCDM capacities and clearance frequencies to introduce operational efficiencies Conducting market research to identify new potential customers and to explore new products/solutions

Skills

Selection Criteria

 

Minimum of 5-6 years of experience in a similar capacity Comprehensive knowledge of operations, along with our services and products Experience in leading a team at the supervisory/officer level Exceptional ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and maintain organization is essential for handling diverse administrative and project-related duties Strong capacity to take ownership of tasks, identify opportunities, and work independently is highly valued
