The Office Coordinator is a full time exempt position at the University of Maryland College Parks Accessibility and Disability Service ADS reporting to the Assistant Director This role involves supervising front desk administrative staff and overseeing the overall management and operations of the front desk The Coordinator will assist in enhancing overall ADS operational efficiency Contributing to the data driven decision making process within ADS a significant aspect of this role is being the primary person responsible for preparing reports utilizing data collected in the ADS client management system The Coordinator plays a crucial role in maintaining effective communication with stakeholders and ensuring the delivery of high quality service The coordinator is responsible for all level two customer service escalations and will determine which of these need intervention by ADS leadership
