Coordinator, Web & Digital Platforms
Job Summary: The Coordinator, Web & Digital Platforms is responsible for the oversight and management of CaroMont Health’s corporate website and other digital platforms, ensuring functionality, performance and security while optimizing user experience and supporting digital marketing initiatives. In partnership with the Public Affairs team and other key stakeholders, the Coordinator will manage the daily operations of the company website, including content updates and overall performance, and oversee digital interfaces such as secondary websites and intranets to ensure they are user-friendly and aligned with company standards. Responsibilities include developing and monitoring content to ensure all website and digital content is accurate and engaging; providing technical support and troubleshooting; enforcing security procedures and protocols; analyzing user behavior to improve UX; monitoring performance with analytics tools; and maintaining comprehensive documentation. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, Information Technology or a related field, plus at least three years of experience in integrated marketing communications, including website management, content planning and content generation; healthcare experience preferred. Must possess exceptional verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills to collaborate with all stakeholders; knowledge of AP Style and strong proficiency in content management systems and web analytics tools required. Must be highly organized, motivated and have a strong commitment to integrity, teamwork, and customer service to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
