Coordinator, Sales Support

Job Summary:

Support the Sales department with investigation and resolution of issues within all legacy dashboards. Assist the sales team with routine tasks, while fulfilling customer requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders to improve customer retention and satisfaction. Manage and support the Sales department on distribution of supplies, access to company-paid credit cards, and assist them on the use of multiple software programs that support the sales effort. Assist the Sales Support Lead with administrative functions to include supporting HR compliance, i.e.; offer letters, new hires, FMLA, vacations etc. Maintains Salesforce system user access and tracks multiple internal and licensed software systems as required by Corporate Sales Management Maintains the workflow of Sales adjustment queue by handling disputed freight bills. Identify and suggest preventive measures, to avoid recurring problems. Collaborates with Management of Customer Accounts, Information Systems, Pricing, Sales Accounts, and their customers to resolve complex problems. Provide technical guidance and assistance to the Sales team regarding Salesforce initiatives. Assist with research and audits of projects as needed. Support Estes digital front, in collaboration with the IT department. Intake, triage, and provide resolution to assist customer inquiries and escalations, while maintaining the integrity of sensitive customer records. Create and distribute reports in accordance with leadership directives and compliance driven initiatives. Provide full cycle customer on-boarding support, assist with integration and implementation of MyEstes API’s. Recommend practical approach to complex account structures. Regular attendance is required. Qualifications:

High School or General Education Degree (GED), or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background Must possess strong oral & precise written communication skills Prior sales or customer service experience preferred Prior transportation experience preferred Proficiency with Microsoft office products required Must be self-directed & detail oriented in a fast-paced environment Experience with Sales and Administration platforms to include but not limited to CRM, AS400, PEGA Disputes, PEGA PRSM, ENET Reports and Applications, Oracle Procurement preferred Ability to listen, interpret and explain complex instructions Ability to communicate and interact effectively with customers and across all levels within the organization Must be able to lift approximately 20 lbs., or more if required by the essential functions of the job Must be able to comply with all company policies, rules, procedures and Code of Conduct Must be able to interact well with others Must be able to work independently, or in a team setting Must be capable of working under tight time constraints in a high volume environment with multiple priorities Responds well to questions; Ability to read, interpret and comply with written information and documents such as safety rules, operations / procedure manuals and maintenance instructions with a high comprehension and concentration level to include the ability to meet deadlines Must pass a pre-employment drug screen, random drug and/or alcohol tests, and will be subject to a criminal history background check Must be authorized to work in the United States
