What Office Services contributes to Cardinal Health

Office Services is responsible for performing a variety of clerical activities in support of their work teams in accordance with standard procedures.

Accountabilities

Perform clerical duties such as photocopying, compiling records, filing, tabulating, posting information, answering phone calls and distributing mail.Maintains records, prepares forms, verifies information and resolves routine problems.Verify and assists managers with the bi-weekly payroll processPossesses strong organizational skills and prioritizes getting the right things doneCommunication with multidisciplinary departments Must have sense of urgency in order to attend and resolve requestsExcellent Customer Service Skills

Qualifications

High School diploma/GED equivalent or equivalent experience is preferred1 to 2 years work experience in related field preferredMust possess excellent verbal and written communication skillsAdvanced skills in MS Office programs, Outlook, Microsoft Teams and ZoomExcellent written and verbal communication skillsFully Bilingual in Spanish and English verbal and written is required
