Coordinador de Trafico
Coordinación con proveedores, planners, expeditador de materiales y analista de aduanas para la importación y exportación de material, en tiempo y forma y dando prioridad a urgencias.Asignación de materia prima a cajas de tráiler, y determinar prioridad para el cruce de importación.Administración de todos los movimientos locales de cajas entre todas las ubicaciones de SBD en Nogales, MX.Administración de inventario de cajas para evitar costos de renta.Soporte en flujo de servicios de cajas al área de recibos y envíos.          Administración de choferes y de asignación de transportistas.Actualización de reportes diarios, semanales y mensuales.Notificación de discrepancias de proveedor (material dañado o faltante), para seguimiento en Reclamo de Flete.Mantener cajas de tráiler disponibles para producto terminado en temporada alta.Llevar respaldos o control en la administración de la tareas o método de trabajo como establecen los procedimientos, así como capacitar e instruir al trabajador para el aseguramiento de un servicio que cumpla o exceda las necesidades del cliente interno.Análisis y propuestas de mejora para cuidar presupuesto.Coordinar servicios de transportación de proveedores nacionales.          Reporte de anomalías en cajas de tráiler a proveedor.Participa y da seguimiento a actividades del Inventario Físico.Participación de eventos de LEAN, Kaizen Blits, Safety Catch Card.Análisis y propuesta de mejora para reducir costos y cuidar el presupuesto.
