Key responsibilities include:

Support Office Champion training; Create and update documentation of excellence processes; Resolve / respond to queries of PE; Ensuring local H&B consultant and H&B Service center analyst execute business process as were defined; Execute periodic analysis of data and prepare daily and monthly performance reports; Responsible for ensuring local H&B business practice aligns to our Professional Excellence policies; Use business analysis skills to define Key performance indicator reports; Build relationships internally and collaborate effectively on cross-functional teams; Demonstrate natural ease and effectiveness when dealing with internal clients/colleagues at all levels; Able to work with the regional team to translate objectives into an plan and team goals; Design and mapping new business process according to Professional Excellence goals.

The Requirements

Proven experience into process, operations management and organization design orientated;Attention to detail;Aptitude to learn new technology products and services;Personal drive to achieve significant change in relatively short periods of time;Strategic thinker who can decompose complex issues and find solutions;  Ability to review and check data against subject domain knowledge (e.g., health and group benefits) and understand the data’s applicability/accuracy for the designated purpose;Strong technical abilities with demonstrated capability to provide innovative solutions appropriate to client needs;A clear commitment to the highest standards of professional conduct including the ability to lead by example;Strong Microsoft Office skills and Process Design tools;Knowledge of Process improvement methodologies like Lean and Six Sigma; Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in a program with heavy emphasis on process management as: Business Administration, Industrial; Engineering, O&M, Insurance professional, Etc;Fluent English and/or Spanish, desirable Portuguese.
