THE JOB

As a Cook Relief, you will be responsible for skillfully applying culinary techniques by working at various outlets throughout the Aria property. You will also set the stage for guest experience with your welcoming smile and service. By understanding their unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW memories they will carry with them far and beyond their stay with us.

THE STARTING RATE: $25.7806

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

Show your culinary passion by crafting various menu items while following set recipes and standards

Consistently maintain proper stocking, cleanliness, and sanitation of back-of-house areas

Ensure guest safety by following proper food handling procedures

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

One year line cook experience working on both hot and cold side of the kitchen

Prior experience in similar resort setting

Is comfortable in a restaurant kitchen and with the use of culinary tools, equipment, and techniques

Knowledgeable of weights, measures and reading various recipes

Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
