\nThe ideal candidate for this position will possess at least 2 years of experience on a hot line in a high-volume kitchen, either in a hotel or standalone restaurant. It would be considered an asset for this position to have previous training/certifications related to food safety!
\n\nShift Pattern: candidates should be available to work both AM and PM shifts without restrictions, weekend/holiday availability required
\nPay Range: $22.67 - 30.23 per hour

What will I be doing?
As a Cook II, you would be responsible for preparing cold food items in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
\n\nPrepare hot food items according to designated recipes and quality standards\nMaintain cleanliness and comply with food sanitation standards at all times\nManage guest orders in a friendly, timely and efficient manner\nEnsure knowledge of menu and food products\nStock and maintain designated food stations(s)\nVisually inspect all food sent from the kitchen\nPractice correct food handling and food storage procedures according to federal, state, local and company regulations\nWhat are we looking for?
