The Cook will prepare assigned food items as needed based on standardized recipe to include but not limited to main entrees, vegetables, desserts and salads. **QUALIFICATIONS:** + Minimum of two years experience in a full service restaurant, fast food, or institutional setting + Servsafe certified preferred or willing to receive Servsafe certification + Must be able to read and follow recipes + Must have a working knowledge of food service equipment + Must have basic knowledge of sanitation and food safety **Job Type:** + Part time, benefit eligible, 24 hours per week + Shift would be Mondays, Wednesdays, and every Saturday 11:00am to 7:00pm and every other Holiday + Opportunities to pick up additional shifts **Compensation:** + Starting at $16.65 per hour based on experience At Avera, the way you are treated as an employee translates into the compassionate care you deliver to patients and team members.
