Cook - Dietary Department at Providence Sacred Heart Medical Center & Children's Hospital in Spokane, WA

Under the general supervision of the Production Manager/Buyer, the Cook will prepare hot foods for patient services, café, and catering.  All items will be prepared according to standardized recipes, consistency modification guidelines, and daily menu.  The cook will also ensure a timely service.

Required qualifications: 

National Food Handler Card - State County City Authority upon hire.

Preferred qualifications: 

Preferred 2 years Institutional Quantity Cooking and/or completion of a vocational school in food service.
