About the Role:
Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences New Orleans is seeking a Cook to join our dynamic Miss River Culinary Team. We are looking for someone with excitement and dedication in serving our guests. Satisfying our guests depends on the united efforts of many, we are most effective when we work together cooperatively, respecting each other’s contribution and importance.

Your Job:

The Cook 3 is responsible for knowing all menus and food items in the hotel as this position will be cooking for Room Service, Bar, Banquets, and Restaurant. The Cook prepares breakfast, lunch, and dinner per guest orders from all outlets in accordance with production requirements and quality standards. As our hotel is open 24/7, 365 days a year, we expect our Cooks to be flexible in working mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

About You:

One to two years’ experience working in Food & Beverage preferred

ServSafe certification required

Work authorization in the United States
