Job Description:
Cooks, prepares, presents, and serves food items. Ensures that food is prepared in a manner, which is nutritious, safe, properly flavored and in compliance with sanitation and safety requirements, and accrediting agency standards for quality.
Job Duties:
Cooks and prepares various entrees, vegetables, sandwiches, and other menu items using standardized recipes.Demonstrates knowledge of infection control and sanitation with refrigeration temperatures, hand washing, use of gloves and label & dating of food.Follows safety and sanitation guidelines established by the accrediting and government agencies.Identifies and utilizes cleaning chemicals used in the department following directions recommended by manufactures and per MSDS sheets.Preferred Requirements
HS Diploma/GEDOne to three months job related experience.Benefits:
