The Construction Project Coordinator position will assist in coordinating various capital projects including ensuring communication with various departments (finance, accounting and Construction Controls) is managed on an ongoing basis for all projects for Medxcel throughout the assigned working location of Home Office - TX. Ensuring E-Builder and all other systems are updated to streamline payables and project invoices. Responsibilities Data entry and support for project initiation, contracting, invoicing, and status reporting. Perform purchase order maintenance and accounts payable research including vendor information/updates and insurance verification. Assist Project Manager with change management and the approval process. Update PM software with schedule and cost information. Manage the document control function and electronic file management. Perform routine close out of projects including record drawings, lien waivers, and financial reconciliation. Assist PM with quotes and purchase orders for minor and major medical equipment. Provide meeting and calendar support for the statewide program and all related meetings. Train vendors & contractors on eBuilder and required processes. Perform all other duties as required. Qualifications Education: High School Diploma. Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Business or other relevant area preferred. Experience: At least 3 years of experience in office administration, working in a complex environment. #MFMCNRE
