Job Title: Controls System EngineerJob Description
We are seeking a talented Controls System Engineer to join our team. You will be responsible for creating and modifying electrical design drawing packages and programming PLC and HMI systems. You will integrate robots into highly automated material handling work cells and assist with the assembly of special projects.
Responsibilities
+ Create and modify electrical design drawing packages using AutoCAD Electrical software.
+ Create and modify PLC and HMI programs in Allen-Bradley.
+ Integrate robots into highly automated material handling work cells.
+ Assist with the assembly of special projects including Fanuc Robots and Okuma Interfaces.
Essential Skills
+ Proficiency with AutoCAD Electrical software.
+ Experience in PLC and HMI programming, particularly Allen-Bradley.
+ Knowledge of integrating robots into automated systems.
+ Experience with Fanuc Robots and Okuma Interfaces.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience with WPF, C#, XML, and HTML.
Work Environment
Work hours are from 8am to 5pm. This role requires 30% travel. You will be joining a family-owned business with a history of over 100 years. The company offers numerous growth and advancement opportunities. The controls department has a great tenure with 8-9 engineers, and the controls manager has been with the company for 10-15 years.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $110000.00
