Your primary focus will be providing building controls sales support to our commercial sales organization and other distribution channels with an emphasis educating account managers about Trane’s HVAC controls product and service offerings. You will develop strong Trane commercial sales organizational relationships and use your controls systems knowledge to enable successful sales solutions for Trane’s controls business.

Ability to maintain a high level of productivity, manage multiple priorities, and work effectively under the pressure of time constraints in a fast-paced, complex, collaborative, and team-oriented environment Ability to travel independently up to 25% of the timeCompensation:
Base Pay Range: $100,000 - $150,000
Total compensation for this role will include a commission/incentive plan. Disclaimer: This base pay range is based on US national averages. Actual base pay could be a result of seniority, merit, geographic location where the work is performed.
