Tasks and Qualifications:This is What You Will do in This Role:
• Participates in the support of Sophisticated systems that integrate hardware and software.
• Provides support in Sophisticated material specification, schematic solving and appropriate follow-up.
• Participates in recommending ideas related to efficiency improvement, cost reduction, and improvement in customer happiness.
• Provide solving expertise to Dematic's customers.
• Travel 10-20% to different customer locations, including weekends and overtime.
What We are Looking For:
• Bachelor's Degree
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a related field providing Customer Service Support.
• Experience with Allen Bradley Logix PLC controls platforms.
• Experience with controls hardware fixing.
• Siemens and Modicon PLC experience a plus.
• Electrical fixing experience.
• Strong Customer Service mentality.
• Strong verbal communication skills over the phone.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to work various shifts.
