Controls Engineer
You will be a self-starter that can drive work independently and work with a cooperative team that is eager to teach, learn, and understand how to optimize technology to solve recurring production issues.You will learn the ins and outs of various mechanical components with a focus on troubleshooting and ladder logic.You will have a blend of time spent in the office as well as being hands-on on the production floor.You will actively communicate with production to implement upgrades to existing systems during outage windows.You will be designing, implementing, and supporting PLC, HMI, and networking software for production equipment.You will lead the implementation of controls changes for process improvements and big fixes as needed.
