As a Controls Customer Support Engineer, you will be responsible for facilitating transactions, producing, assembling, and delivering replacement/repair parts and equipment as part of a Services agreement or order. Includes activities such as processing transactions, managing processes, material management, site operations, or warehouse logistics & shipping, sometimes in a shop structure. Includes craft & non craft labour as well as manager roles responsible solely for these activities. Is involved in discussions with other functions and teams about improvement in processes, procedures and ways of working.

As a Controls Customer Support Engineer, you will be responsible for:

Facilitate order management - process order intake, input into internal systems.

Connect to customer portals and systems. May support forecasting, billing and collection activities.

Key contact for customer inquiries, customer complaint (issue) resolution process.

Work with operations to understand and communicate commits and status to customers.

Communicates across direct organization. Presents to senior leaders in specific technical space and on cross functional teams on how technologies interconnect and contribute to overall strategy.

Handles latitude in project techniques.

Project process requires choosing right approaches. Employees should have technical know-how.

Handles diverse clients in a region.

Follows frameworks to get through the processes. There is room for negotiating and client specific conditions.

To be successful in this role you will:

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.

Demonstrate experience in Services.

Demonstrate experience in Customer Order and Fulfillment.
