How You’ll Make an Impact:

Within the TI SES controlling team you are participating in the ramp up of Siemens Energy’s Electrolyzer business for green hydrogen. You are contributing to the financial transparency and ensure that the organization is having the necessary information for decision making on hand.

A Snapshot of Your Day

Monitoring of business relevant KPI’s to drive SES business performance and to support the achievement of strategic and business goalsEnsuring a high level of transparency for all SES KPI’s as well as a high level of FC-accuracy Consolidation of Budget / Forecast activities and preparation of month end closing review meetingsAnalysis and commentary of FC deviations Preparation of management reporting and presentationsIdentification and implementation of process standardizations and improvementsIncreasing efficiency in reporting for all KPI's. Drive automation and digitalization for SES

What You Bring

Bachelor or master’s degree in business administration, accounting, finance or a comparable educationProfessional experience (>6 years) in the finance area, ideally controllingExpert in using MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint) and SAP Fluent in English, German is an advantageFirst experiences in current business intelligence tools (e.g. SAP Analytical Clouds) and interest to expand these skillsOpen-mindedness and communication skills, the ability to work in a teamHigh degree of motivation, initiative, high quality standards and results-oriented workExcellent organizational skills, ability to multi-task and address competing priorities, while ensuring deadlines are met on time and with accuracyStrong presentation and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
