Goal

Act as a business partner for business in Production plants in Puebla, conduct financial analyses and execute controlling operation.

Your Key Responsibilities Maintain financial figures, trends and analyses in relation to the Production plant figures. Conduct planning, monitoring, consolidation and reviews of the Production Plants and provide as well as comments on actual vs plan reports. Prepare financial analyses, reports for Budget & Forecast in co-pilot with the Plant managers for the production plants. Contribute to the design and management of the budget process. Scholarship, experience, knowledge and skills Bachelor´s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Industrial Engineering. Very good proficiency in English. Previous experience in related position, 3 years desirable. Knowledge in financial analyses, reports and budget forecasts. Confident demeanor and excellent communication skills with stakeholders at all levels. High level of resilience, initiative and willingness to perform, even in critical situations. Customer service, conflict management, creativity, analytical skills and teamwork.

 

Non-tariff compensation is provided for this position.
