As the Controlling Advisory Leader, you will be responsible for securing and managing advisory projects and managed services for our clients' controlling departments. You will have the autonomy to develop and implement a strategic plan within the Czech market, including service pricing.
Key responsibilities: Develop a comprehensive controlling advisory services offering for both existing and new PwC clients. Identify and secure new business opportunities for controlling advisory and managed services, leveraging your network of controlling/finance professionals. Deliver exceptional advisory and managed services in controlling functions to clients. Build and manage your own team, including oversight of the team's P&L. What you need to succeedA business-driven mindset with a desire to build and lead your own team. An established network of controlling/finance professionals in decision-making roles. Proven, exceptional credentials in controlling departments. Deep understanding and knowledge of controlling processes, including various types (business, financial, project, cost controlling). Experience in diverse business environments. Ability to generate and implement innovative ideas. Strong leadership and team management skills.
