This Controller role is for a division of a global manufacturing company based in Europe that reports to NA HQ. This is a hands on role! Dailey accounting is done in HQ. Core responsibilities include managing general accounting, financial reporting, cost accounting and analysis, budgeting and forecasting, and implementing efficiencies to policies and procedures and internal controls. Minimum requirements include a BS in Accounting or Finance, 7+ yrs. as a Controller in a small to midsized manufacturing company, strong standard cost accounting and analysis experience, strong general accounting experience and experience identifying needs and implementing improvements to accounting policies, procedures and internal controls.
