In this Controller role you will lead financial statement audits as well as oversee and manage financial statement audits for the US, Canada, and UK entities, ensuring compliance with UK GAAP and US GAAP. The Controller coordinate with external auditors and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate completion of audits, while maintaining the integrity and accuracy of financial reporting. Additionally, they will review and revisit all Balance Sheet accounts to ensure that each account has accurate and comprehensive schedules, with all balances properly supported and documented. Address any discrepancies and establish processes for ongoing; lead and support various finance-related projects, including process improvements, system implementations, and cross-functional initiatives. Provide strategic input to optimize accounting processes and enhance the quality of downstream reporting for FP&A and analytics.\r\n
