CONTROLLER – Food Colors LATAM

We are looking for a financial professional with a hunger to take ownership of our Food Colors LATAM business and to make a true difference. Being a self-directed leader, you will learn and get involved in all aspects of the business and find ways to improve financial performance. 

Located in our offices in Lerma, MX, you will report to the Food Colors LATAM General Manager and lead the Accounting, Financial Reporting, Internal Control and Business Planning of the BU.

What you’ll do:

Ensure the integrity/accuracy of the entity books and compliance with the general accounting principles under US GAAP, timely completing the month end financials Provide effective financial and business analysis to support decision making  Drive profitability by designing cost reduction plans and supporting commercial activities Manage and enhance internal controls to ensure compliance with corporate standards  Optimize financial processes within the organization Lead, coach and develop the Finance team o f2 people

What you’ll bring:

Proven experience in budgeting, month-end reporting and inventory valuation to seamlessly run budgets and avoid compliance issues Your pro-active forecasting skills, customer-oriented approach and can-do attitude allow your GM to focus on driving the overall success of the BU A mindset focused on continuous improvement and risk management, elevating the value of the finance department Experience in a manufacturing environment is strongly desired to be able to understand our product costing models Proficiency in data analysis will help you drive informed business decisions CPA is advantageous
