The Control Valve Assembler’s primary role is to ensure the proper functioning and quality of control valves by meticulously assembling and integrating their components.

As a Control Valve Assembler, you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process by assembling, testing, and inspecting control valves. Your expertise will ensure the production of high-quality control valves that meet industry standards and customer requirements. This is a hands-on position that requires a strong mechanical aptitude and a keen eye for precision
As a Control Valve Assembler, you will be responsible for:
Assembling and disassembling Pressure Control Equipment by reading and interpreting blueprints, assembly prints, and schematics.Use of mechanical hand tools such as wrenches, ratchets, sockets, and screwdrivers.Use of power tools such as battery-powered drills, and impacts.Use of machinery such as overhead cranes, JIB cranes, and forklifts.Assembling & attach functional hardware to assemblies using mechanical hand tools and power tools.Performing functional/continuity tests on completed assemblies per procedures.Performing the startup and function test of equipment systems.Performing visual inspection of components to verify quality and correctness to the drawing.Troubleshooting systems and make necessary repairs or corrections to system or processes.Performing other work-related tasks as assigned.Having experience working with control valvesFuel your passion
