Control Desk Analyst
The Cash and Trade Proc Rep is an entry level role responsible for reviewing and performing simple transactions in coordination with the Transaction Services team. The overall objective is to ensure transactions are processed in a timely and accurate manner. **Responsibilities:** + Serve as the checker role for transactions and adhere to all required procedures and controls + Provide assistance for all moderately complex operational processes as needed + Participate in system and client testing + Assist in training team members + Assist with special reports and projects as needed + Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency. **Qualifications:** + 2-5 years of relevant experience + Basic experience in cash management processing and transaction services **Education:** + Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience This job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed.
