Experience and Qualifications Required: Matric or Equivalent 2-5 years’ Field Service Experience as an Engineer Mandatory HP Wide format Certified Must have a valid driver’s license and own transport. Excellent industry knowledge and a willingness to keep up with trends. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong teamwork and interpersonal abilities. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Deadline-driven and committed to excellence. Must be able to work independently without supervision. Duties and Responsibilities

Technical

To be on site at the customer’s premises as specified at all times To ensure that the Nashua Kopano devices are up and running at all times To install software and maintain all connectivity devices for Nashua’s Equipment To train specified Users on installation of Digital Printing Solutions

Administration

To ensure that the Service Co-Ordinator is given accurate information relating to the service call To complete all necessary paperwork relating to all jobs. To ensure all paperwork is presented in a decent manner and on time. Other Assignments

To perform any assignment if and when requested to do so by the Service Manager and/or a Director.
