Reporting directly to the Contracts Manager, the Contracts Specialist Intern is responsible for providing commercial assistance for AECON, consistent with their education, training, and experience, all in accordance with home company and customer requirements, policies and procedures.

What You'll Do Here 

 

Seeking a motivated and detailed-oriented Contracts Specialist Intern to assist the Aecon Contracts organization with various actions, which may include:

 

Compare and update standard contract terms and forms Track certificate of insurance renewals Monitor contract activity of both customers and subcontractors.   Other duties as assigned 

 

What You Bring To The Team

 

A Bachelor's degree Currently enrolled in J.D. or M.B.A. program   Meticulous attention to detail, strong work ethic and robust organizational skills Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills Excellent communication skills, both oral and written Proactive, critical thinker, comfortable in fast paced environment Exceptional planning & time management skills
