If this sounds like a perfect fit for you, apply now and join our team in Mandaluyong City, Philippines! **In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:** + To review, draft, and negotiate agreements and transaction documents in compliance with applicable policies and legal and ethical standards. + To take the Contracts Lead role on complex international and multi-BU project contracts and complex frame agreements (multi-BU and -WA). + To collaborate with customers, vendors, members of the legal team, and other Emerson partners to bring deals to closure. + To analyze business, financial, and legal risks. + To research information on existing agreements and contractual programs, assisting with analysis and compiling data for reports. + To provide contract-related guidance to sales, project management, procurement, and other collaborators. + To participate in the approval process to assist business owners in making informed decisions and securing appropriate approvals. **Who You Are:** You use knowledge of business drivers and how strategies and tactics play out in the market to guide actions.
