Job DescriptionThe successful Contracts Manager will be responsible for:
Managing all aspects of full life-cycle contract development, negotiation, execution, management and renewal.Ensuring all contracts align with strategic objectives and comply with regulatory requirements.Collaborating with various departments to identify contractual risks and plan mitigation.Conducting contract negotiations with clients and vendors.Providing advice and guidance to senior management on contractual matters.Maintaining a contracts register and implementing a contract management system.Developing and implementing contract management procedures and policies.Training staff on contract management procedures and policies.Working collaboratively with other departments - finance (invoicing), compliance (KYC).

The successful Contracts Manager will have demonstrable experience:
5+ years relevant work experience in an in-house setting handling full life-cycle contract management.A solid understanding of contract management - tenders, RFP, negotiations, renewals, execution, management - experience in the Energy & Natural Resources industry highly beneficial but not essential.Excellent negotiation skills and a keen eye for detail.Strong knowledge of contract management systems and procedures.Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with various departments.A solution-oriented mindset and strong decision-making abilities.Committed to high quality work and a proven ability to manage multiple contracts and meet deadlines.What's on OfferThe Contracts Manager will benefit from:
