Senior Contracts Manager

My Prestige Client are a highly successful family run business since 1988 they are currently seeking an experienced professional Contract Manager to join their friendly and accomplished Team , a well-established Health Insurance company, in a key senior position. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, thrive in a financially regulated environment, and demonstrate influence and engagement across all departments.

Key Responsibilities

Contract Management and Negotiation

Apply leadership in healthcare contract management, including cost negotiationEnsure procedures align with FCA guidelines and reflect best business practicesEffectively manage appointments and represent the company professionally

Financial and Business Analysis

Produce and interpret regular reports to support business objectivesIdentify opportunities for innovation and drive continuous improvementLiaison with Claims Manager to resolve service invoice queries

Product and Service Development

Support development and management of company products and servicesGuide and assist in developing support services through the Medical Advisory PanelStay informed of industry changes to manage relevant projects and developments

Relationship Management

Develop and influence external business relationships with medical service providersCommunicate procedural changes effectively across the organisation

Qualifications

Proven experience in a contractual environmentStrong commercial awareness and leadership skillsExcellent problem-solving and analytical abilitiesWell-developed communication skillsResults-focused approachAbility to persuade and influence at all levelsTeam player
