Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Drafting and reviewing contracts including professional services agreements, contractor agreements, purchase agreements, and other legal documentsNegotiating contract terms with vendors and other partiesProviding legal advice to the company on contract interpretation and obligationsEnsuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulationsIdentifying and mitigating potential legal risks within contractual agreementsMaintaining organized records of contracts and related documentsCollaborating with other departments to gather necessary information for contract negotiation and developmentUpdating contractual policies and procedures as needed to align with current lawsConducting legal research to support contract negotiations and development
