Contracts Administrator
**Responsibilities & Qualifications** **RESPONSIBILITIES**   TheContracts Administrator: + Administers, extends,negotiatesandterminatescontracts, task orders andsubsequentamendmentswith the customer. + Administers, extends,negotiatesandterminatesstandard and nonstandard subcontracts, task orders andsubsequentamendmentswith subcontractors. + Conducts proposal preparation, contract negotiation, contract administration, and customer contact activities to provide for proper contract acquisition and fulfillmentin accordance withcorporatepolicies, legal requirements, and customer specifications. + Examines estimates of material, equipment services, production costs, performance requirements, and delivery schedules to ensure accuracy and completeness. + Prepares bids; processes specifications, progress, and other reports;advisesmanagement of contractual rights and obligations; compiles and analyzes data; andmaintainshistorical information. + Monitors company performance for conformance to original proposal andmaintainscontinual reviews to ensure that all terms and conditions are met and that the contract isin accordance withlegal requirements, customer specifications, and government regulations. + Prepares anddisseminatesinformation throughout the organizationregardingcontract status, compliance, modification, deviation, negotiation, and termination. + Ensures allContract Data Requirements List (CDRL) deliverables are compliant,completeand delivered on time.Provides significant input intoMonthly ContractStatus Report CDRL (MCSR). + Initiates documentation to authorize and direct workin accordance withcontractual specifications. Maintains contractual records and documentation such as receipt and control of all contract correspondence, customer contact information sheets, contractual changes, status reports and other documents for all projects. + Participates in teaming agreement and strategic marketing alliance negotiations between company and outside sources. + Provides transitionsupport at contract initiation, toinclude havingalltasksstaffed withfullyqualified personnel, having a plan to integrate staff in aphased approachin order totake over services withminimal degradationtoservices, assuming full responsibility for management of all Contract requirements.Assistsand takes a significant role inappropriate contractorto contractor coordination to ensure a seamless transition. **REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS** + Currentlypossessan activeTopSecret security clearance  + 3+ years of professional experience **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** ** ** Master’sin business administration(MBA), orMaster’s in Procurement and Contract Management **Overview** Weare seeking a **Contracts Administrator** tosupport theOffice of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI)National Counterterrorism Center (NCTC).This analystwill play an importantrolehelpingto buildaflexible and responsive IT environmentthatmeetsNCTC’sevolving and changingmission priorities.
