Contracts Administrator

Exciting opportunities at Monadelphous! We’re gearing up with new projects and are on the lookout for experienced Contracts Administrators to be involved in an exciting Oil & Gas construction Projects. This position is offered on a 2:1 roster for a 12 month + duration. This role focuses on the hands-on, day-to-day management of contract processes. The work is operational and will be dealing directly with administrative tasks involved in managing contracts.

Contract administration to support execution, including maintaining key registers developing correspondence and management of the Site Instruction processCollaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure contract deliverables are met on scheduleProviding a level of guidance and advice, to relevant stakeholders internal and externalIdentification, Preparation and negotiation of contractual claimsHigh level written skills with excellent attention to detailManagement of all incoming and outgoing contract documentationWhat you’ll bring:
At least 3-5 years of relevant Contracts site experienceA working knowledge of construction contract law, including relevant Acts, regulations and industry standardsAn ability to engage and develop relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, subcontractors and suppliersExcellent time management and prioritization skills for a diverse and challenging workloadExperience in Electrical and Instrumentation (desirable)Proof of Rights to work in AustraliaLife at Monadelphous
