We provide reporting solutions or requirements through finance, markets and operations reporting along with cyclical and critical controlling processes such as Forecasting, Financial Planning, Revenue Planning, Markets Leadership Planning and Cash Reporting to help you take better business decisions. With projects like Mercury, we also support business transformation, and we are continuing to expand our services to support all Regions with their reporting and analytics needs.
The opportunity
This is a 1-year contract role with a potential extension by few more months.
The Senior Fixed Assets Processor is responsible for managing the lifecycle of fixed assets within the SAP environment. This role involves ensuring accurate recording and reporting of fixed assets according to company policies. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in SAP Fixed Assets module and the ability to work collaboratively across countries and departments (Workspace services & IT).
Your key responsibilities
Process the acquisition, transfer, and disposal of fixed assets in SAP according to company policy. Ensure proper classification of assets/expenses in accordance with company policy. Maintain and update asset records, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Ensure accurate system configuration for the fixed assets module according to company policy. Prepare periodic reconciliation between SAP fixed assets records and other sub systems fixed asset records (Service Now). Ensure proper documentation and compliance with internal controls and accounting policies related to fixed assets. Identify opportunities for process improvements in fixed asset management and contribute to the development of best practices. Work closely with Procurement, Finance, and IT teams to ensure alignment on fixed asset processes and policies. Support in Fixed Assets hand on system process full documentation.

Have sound understanding of basic accounting concepts Strong understanding of fixed asset accounting principles and practices Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment Flexibility and willingness to work as part of a team or on their own initiative Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Eagerness to learn quickly, be proactive and share knowledge

To qualify for the role, you must have
3-6 years’ experience in financial analysis and accounting processes B.Com or M.Com / MBA (Finance) Strong MS Excel skill and knowledge in SAP Knowledge of basic accounting concepts Good communication skill
