SUMMARY:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Contractor/ Assistant to provide essential supports Qorvo VN in all HR-related duties.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Recruitment support: Assist with scheduling interviews & test, coordinating communication with candidates, maintaining applicant tracking system, conducting background/ reference check & summary. Onboarding support: Assist with new hire paperwork including collecting required documents and ensuring completion of onboarding checklists (personal information, bank accounts, dependents for PVI, cubicle, IT equipment, stationary etc.,). Employee data entry and documentation management: accurately input and update employee & dependent data (D.O.B, phone number, email address, position, ID card number, their children etc., salary is exclusive). And maintain organized and up-to-date physical employee files, ensuring compliance with provision. Benefit administration support: support the annual open enrollment process by collecting enrollment forms, and answering basic questions from employees, and ensuring completion of all enrollments. HR program & HR administration tasks: provide general support for career fair at universities, university’s conferences and career orientation at Qorvo office; assist with organizing employee engagement & well-being activities; assist with the coordination and logistics of training sessions including tracking attendance. Other duties and ad hoc projects as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in HR Management/ Business Administration with at least 2 years or more experience in a similiar capacity Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and data protection Able to commit to a 6 months contract and may be subjected to extension
