Administrative assistant duties and responsibilities include providing administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office. Supports the Singapore Academy in day-to-day work with a start to finish approach encompassing proposal creation, document administration and invoice billing. The role will also involve both internal and external client interactions.

Administrative assistant are responsible for confidential and time-sensitive material. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.

What You Will Do:

Independent as Administrative assistant under the direction of an Academy Manager. Helps administer incoming work through document administration and client communication. Work with an in-house system and gain an understanding of internal processes required to maintain a timely workflow. Utilizes various internal and external systems for tasks such as upload course information, generate certificate, and arrange document courier. Performs clerical duties such as word processing, mail distribution, filing and record keeping. May assist in the planning and execution of external client training activities. 3 days per week between Tuesday to Thursday for duration of 12 weeks

What You Will Need:

Education and Experience

High School diploma or equivalent 0‒2 years of previous related experience

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Ability to identify, analyze and propose solutions to problems. Good command of the English language. Ability to communicate orally and in writing. Strong MS Office experience, such as word processing and spreadsheet creation Proficient clerical skills such as file maintenance, record keeping, and office equipment use. Good interpersonal, professional, and communications skills for use in person, in writing, and in telephone conversations. Ability to become familiar with the ABS Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental Management System
