Italian Speaking Contract Specialist  

 

Your role in a nutshell: 

 

To provide timely and constructive solution-oriented contract services to maximize revenues and profitability in a manner that minimizes liabilities and risks, whilst delighting the internal and external customer. To provide support for drafting, negotiation, closure & implementation of contracts.

 

 

What you’ll do:

 

• Provides accurate, effective and timely contracting support within the agreed scope 
• Ensures material risks are identified and mitigated to reduce or eliminate claims by customers and third parties
• Develops strong links with key stakeholders, particularly in sales, legal, commercial, bid management, marketing and finance
• Contributes to the continuous improvement of the contracting process.
• Participates in the development of pro-forma local agreements and other standard documents and training materials
• Assists in the development and sharing of know-how and precedent materials.
• Ensures that all documents are signed and stored in the contract management database and other internal systems

What you’ll bring to the team:

 

Knowledge and understanding of commercial and contract lawStudies in Economy fieldsome experience in contract management/commercial legal rolecomputer skills (MS Office)project management skillsanalytical skillsproblem solving skillsreliability and proactivitycommunication and influencing skillsteamworknegotiation skillsability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.excellent command of the English and Italian languages, both written and spoken1+ years of relevant work experience in the field of commercial and contracting law
