He is focused on quality while providing reliable and trustworthy services in areas of custom software development covering digital products and services development, cloud transformations and data related services (analytics, engineering and science).

Job description

As a Contract Management Specialist at PwC, you will be a part of an ambitious team focused on technologies with a global reach. You will play a crucial role in managing the overall contracting processes across the department, ensuring smooth client onboarding and new business opportunity administration.

Key responsibilities include:

Oversee the end-to-end processes from client onboarding through to invoicing, ensuring compliance with PwC systems and standards.

Administer new business opportunities and manage contract processes for onboarding new clients and vendors.

Regularly liaise with internal stakeholders and teams to maintain clear and proactive communication.

Identify and implement improvements in work processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Manage Joint Business Relationship processes for vendors and create Purchase Order processes for referral fees.

Utilize internal systems, such as Salesforce, to execute duties and create new business opportunities while complying with PwC procedures.

Collaborate closely with departments such as Risk Management and Legal to address relevant concerns and ensure smooth operations.

Draft, review, and process contracts in collaboration with Legal, Compliance, Business, and other involved teams.

Demonstrate resilience in problem-solving and maintain a proactive communication approach throughout all duties.

Requirements of the role

Relevant Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Proven experience in contract management and compliance.

Excellent communication skills for liaising with internal stakeholders.

Experience in drafting and reviewing contracts with various teams.

Detail-oriented, with a structured and organized work approach.

Self-sufficient but able to seek support when necessary.

Strong critical problem-solving abilities.

Ability to improve and optimize work processes.

Fluent in Czech and English, with strong written English skills.

Proficient in Google Workspace and MS Office.

Able to visit the PwC CZ office 2-3 times a week.

Proactive communicator with resilience and adaptability.
Nice to Have:

Legal or technical background.

Project management experience.
