Contract Management Lead
Job Title: Contract Manager – Post-Sales & Service Contracts Location: Remote (EST) **Job Summary:** + We are seeking a Contract Manager with expertise in Post-Sales/Prime Contract Management and Service Contract Management to join our Legal and Commercial Services team. This role focuses on managing client contracts post-sale, ensuring compliance, risk mitigation, and value maximization. You will work closely with account leadership, delivery teams, and client stakeholders to oversee contract performance, resolve contractual issues, and drive business growth through effective contract execution. **Key Responsibilities:** + Manage post-sales contracts, ensuring compliance with contract terms, obligations, and policies. + Oversee Prime Contract Management, handling contract interpretation, execution, and issue resolution. + Support Service Contract Management, including renewals, modifications, and performance tracking. + Work closely with delivery teams, sales, and business leadership to ensure seamless contract execution. + Identify, escalate, and resolve contractual risks and commercial issues. + Provide support in contract negotiations, amendments, and dispute resolution. + Assist in revenue protection by ensuring contractual commitments are met. + Drive margin improvement by managing commercial levers and risk mitigation strategies. + Foster strong client relationships, serving as a trusted contract advisor. + Collaborate with global teams across multiple geographies and industries. **Qualifications & Skills:** + Bachelor’s degree required (Legal, Business, or related field preferred). + Minimum 4 years of experience in post-sales contract management, prime contract management, or service contract management. + Experience in contract negotiation, risk assessment, and compliance. + Membership with IACCM or NCMA and/or professional certification is a plus. + Strong understanding of commercial, legal, and financial implications of contracts. + Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. + Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills. + Leadership and team collaboration abilities in a cross-cultural work environment.
