ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities for Contract Liaison (CL):
Use Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel, to prepare and maintain monthly reporting and statistical data and correspondence as required by company proceduresPerform various clerical and administrative functions, including contacting offsite providers with appointment or billing/claims inquiriesPerform scheduling and coordination of offsite appointments when neededTransmit and maintain all medical claims as required by company policies and proceduresMonitor and maintain relevant queue dashboards as well as perform non-licensed initial screening and approvals of specialty care offsite referralsProactively act to solve problems and use objectivity and insightfulness when approaching problems, meet established goals, and take responsibility for results and outcomesFundamentally understand the organizational structure and how to appropriately access resourcesUse additional platforms including but not limited to: Remote Desktop, Insightly, Avaya, RDSUse all functions of TechCare™ relevant to the position with no supervisionDemonstrate professionalism by using objectivity, maintaining self-control when under pressure, and promoting a positive work environment by setting an exampleBuild proactive work relationships with supervisors, security staff, healthcare staff, patients, vendors and clients
Qualifications
Qualifications for Contract Liaison (CL):
High School diploma or GED certificate requiredMinimum two (2) years of college preferredOne (1) year clerical experience in healthcare setting requiredMust have computer skills, including working knowledge of Microsoft WordProficiency with Microsoft Excel requiredMust possess strong written communication and verbal skills and be able to manage stressful situationsMust have the physical and mental capacity to perform in a fast-paced and challenging environment
