Contract Governance Analyst

In this role a process driven, stakeholder-oriented candidate would support contract users and stakeholders with process/tool navigation, updating templates and procedures, and improving process effectiveness.
+ Maintains enterprise-wide contract policy and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
+ Updates and maintains the different contract templates in compliance with legal.
+ Maintains awareness and mapping of all repositories for signed agreements and templates.
+ Supports business partners by providing guidance on their need for agreement customization, including collaborating with legal for approvals.
+ Maintains the process of providing visibility into agreements that are upcoming for renewal.
+ Monitors and actions the portal or group email where requests are received for new template development, customization of current templates, and contract analysis, and general contract inquiries.
+ Conducts contract trainings with sales partners.
+ Collects data from a variety of sources, evaluates and interprets data, and draws conclusions.
+ Involved in the development, modifying, and execution of programs/projects that affect immediate operations and may also have company-wide effect.
+ Serves on committees and represents the viewpoint of management.
+ University Degree (Equivalent to Bachelor’s degree) in Business Administration or a related discipline plus generally 5 years experience in Commercial Operations with client contract experience.
+ Demonstrated ability to independently identify needs for projects or programs, formulate objectives, plan and execute projects and/or programs, and manage programs.
+ Experience with Salesforce and CRM tools (preferred)
Total Rewards: We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. The estimated salary range for this position is $60,100 to $80,100 and is based on multiple factors, including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, as well as other factors. This position is eligible for annual bonus compensation with a target payout of 10% of the base salary. This position also provides health benefits such as medical, dental and vision; wellness benefits such as mental and financial health; and retirement savings (401K) commensurate with the standard rewards offered in each individual location or country. We also provide full-time employees with paid time off including vacation (15 days), holiday including floating holidays (12 days) and sick time off (72 hours).
