What will be your key responsibilities:
Lead and develop a multinational contract administration team. Set goals, deadlines, and KPIs; monitor performance. Oversee contract administration and order management processes. Drive process improvements and automation. Support customer requests and conduct contract analysis. Lead customer meetings and resolve queries. You have a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in contract administration, order management, or a related area. Experience in people management? You’ve got it, and it’s a big plus if you lead remote teams. Your communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both English and German (written and verbal) are top-notch. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based collaborative platforms. Independent, organized, and customer-oriented. Ability to drive changes and support management decisions.
