THE JOB:

We are seeking a Contract Analyst to support our Sourcing, Legal, and Risk Management teams in streamlining the contract lifecycle process. In this role, you will play a key part in analyzing contract data, drafting agreements, and ensuring compliance with internal policies. You’ll also help drive efficiency by implementing and managing the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) Tool, working closely with stakeholders across multiple departments to enhance contract processes and mitigate risks. THE DAY-TO-DAY:

Assist in implementing and managing the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) Tool to optimize contract processes.

Draft, review, and redline contracts, including Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreements, Change Orders, Amendments, and Termination Letters.

Conduct risk assessments by reviewing insurance requirements, analyzing gaps, and ensuring supplier compliance.

Track key contract metrics, analyze data, and generate reports to support business objectives.

Manage supplier probity checks, including internal and external communications.

Provide training and guidance to internal teams on contract terms, policies, and compliance requirements.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.

1+ years of experience in contract analysis and drafting.

Strong organizational skills, ability to meet deadlines, and exceptional attention to detail.

Ability to collaborate across teams and work independently with a problem-solving mindset.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
