Our client, a leading organization in the technology sector, is seeking a Contracts Analyst to join their team. As a Contracts Analyst, you will be part of the legal department supporting various stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

**Location:** Austin, TX (Onsite Tues, Wed, & Thurs required)

**What's the Job?**
+ Draft and negotiate commercial sales agreements across several routes-to-market.
+ Collaborate with counsel and contracts managers to develop and update contractual terms.
+ Facilitate global cross-functional reviews with a focus on collaboration.
+ Conduct detailed proofreading and analysis of sales agreements.
+ Support the contract/template development process and provide education support.
**What's Needed?**
+ 6+ years of experience in drafting and negotiating commercial sales agreements.
+ Strong working knowledge of applicable commercial legal principles.
+ Ability to manage diverse contractual issues simultaneously.
+ Excellent presentation and communication skills.
+ Project management skills, including the ability to meet deadlines with high quality.
