**Overview**
The Contract Administrator I will conduct functions associated with contract management systems to ensure proper project documentation is created, shared and maintained throughout the life of the project.
**Responsibilities**
Specific responsibilities include:
• Process equipment Purchase Order (PO), PO modification, Construction Service Agreement (CSA), Subcontract and Subcontract change order requests from Project Team via entry into Accounting System.
• Produce, provide to vendor/sub and track receipt of all equipment PO/CSA/Subcontract documents and associated Exhibits.
• Indicate receipt of properly executed documents and acceptable COI's by updating the document status as "active" in, index documents in Paperless filing system and upload to the appropriate folder in the file sharing system.
• Assist in entering all approved certificates of insurance (COI's) received by vendor/sub.
• Assist in the subcontract module as well as print weekly reports (or as needed) to determine and notify vendor/sub of upcoming policy expiration dates.
• Assist with management and organization of folders within the Procurement folder on Egnyte. • Assist with the upkeep of the Procurement/Supply Chain sharepoint site.
**Qualifications**
Required Education, Experience, and Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Some related experience (architecture, engineering or construction) or relevant business training preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills are required.
• High level of organizational skills to successfully multitask in a fast paced environment.
• Must have the capacity to work independently and exercise judgment, constantly reprioritizing to deal with interruptions stemming from potentially more urgent requests.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, speed, accuracy and high attention to detail are essential, as is delivering superb customer service both externally and internally.
• Attention to detail, advanced organization skills and follow through is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Software required (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• Computer savvy with ability to learn and use software systems to carry out document control functions as required. (JDE/Paperless Software +.)
• Ability to adjust procedures and processes as instructed, with little daily supervision. • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail oriented and willing to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast paced environment.
• Well versed in the industry and the Company’s competitors.
• Excellent multitasking skills, with the ability to perform duties outside of scope of work when necessary.
Preferred Education, Experience, and Qualifications
• Construction project or document control experience is preferred
Travel Requirements
• 0-5% of time will be spent traveling to job site(s)/office location.
Physical/Work Environment Requirements
• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Climbing stairs.
• Remaining in a stationary position, often kneeling, standing or sitting for prolonged periods.
• Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers.
• Quiet environment.
• Light work that includes adjusting and/or moving objects up to 20 pounds.
**Pay Range**
USD $19.18 - USD $25.64 /Hr.
