Role description:

Arcadis is currently seeking a Contract Administrator Assistant to assist the Civil Engineering team with operational and administrative activities with respect to project coordination, operation and delivery.  

This role sits within our global business area Places. Role accountabilities:

Assist in the preparation, issuing and managing tender documents for projects Organize and maintain records of contracts and related documentation Coordinate and communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders regarding contract related matters Preparation, entry, tracking and reductions of letters of credit Support project close out General administrative duties, including data entry, correspondence, and filing Handle invoices with respect to distribution to appropriate clients Support health and safety plan preparation and communication  Coordinate replacement of health and safety equipment as needed As part of a local administrative team, assist with general office-related administrative activities as required

Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum of two years administration related experience or demonstrated combination of education, skills, knowledge and experience  Prior experience in a project administration or project coordination role is considered an asset  Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.) Post-secondary education in a project management or an administration related program is considered an asset  Understanding of project management concepts  Excellent attention to detail, a high regard for accuracy, and the ability to provide high quality outputs particularly in processing files and records with accuracy Professional interaction with all levels of staff within the organization from front line to senior executive Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle (required)

The salary range for this position is $55,000 - $65,000. The base salary represents Arcadis’ hiring range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as location, skills, experience, and qualification for the role.
